        2. Reply to our shipping quote email within 5 business days by accepting or rejecting the quoted shipping charge. If you reject the quoted shipping charge or do not otherwise respond within 5 business days, Styrus will cancel your order.

        3. Once you accept the quoted shipping charge, Styrus send the invoice via PayPal

        Shipping Options and Rates

        Styrus offers YAMATO TRANSPORT, EMS or FedEx depending upon the type of products you would like to purchase and the destination country.

        Store Pickup

        Store Pickup will allow you to purchase items online and pick up them at the store when you visit Tokyo. No shipping fee is required.

        Returns and Exchanges

        Styrus does not offer returns or exchanges as a general rule unless there is a major failure or damage on the items. For return or exchange, you have 7 days to return your items from the date of delivery and all items should be unused and returned in their original packaging, with the price tag attached. 

        Import Duties and Taxes

        Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery.
